Is this for real-money poker or play-money?

Both are supported. PartyPot is a ledger — it tracks the amounts involved without moving real money. Whether your club plays for cash is up to you and your local laws.

How many players per club?

No hard limit. Clubs with 5 to 100+ members are supported.

Can I run multiple leagues at once?

Yes. A club can run a main league plus side leagues (e.g. tournament-only, cash-only, heads-up) with separate standings.
