The Story
PartyPot was born during an annual company trip at Advisory Apps. The whole team was gathered around the table playing UNO, Plus One, and Chor Dai Di (Big Two) — the usual mix of laughter, trash talk, and competitive energy. But every time a round ended, the same problem hit: nobody could keep score properly. Scraps of paper got lost, mental tallies didn't match, and what should've been pure fun kept getting interrupted by "wait, how much do I owe you again?"
That night, over drinks and still arguing about who won the last round, the team started discussing: what if we just built something to fix this? Advisory Apps had been building IT solutions, medical tech, and gamification platforms since 2012 — the skills were already at the table. The idea was simple: a shared digital ledger that acts as a banker, so everyone can focus on the game instead of the math.
By November 2025, that idea became PartyPot. We validated it with local gaming groups in Malaysia during Q4 2025, launched on iOS and Android the same quarter, and by Q1 2026 had shipped Smart Settlement, Center Pot, and a soft launch of Poker support. What started as a company trip frustration is now a tool built for every game table — making games easier to play, quicker to pack up, and harder to cheat.
